To increase by 5% the number of students in transition who meet or exceed accountability goals on state-mandated assessments.
To provide students in transition with tutoring and other focused supplemental supports in all content areas with an emphasis on reading and mathematics.
To provide students in transition with the educational tools and resources that will enable them to experience academic success and will also help remove the stigmatism associated with homelessness.
To enable students in transition to participate in enrichment and extracurricular activities.
To reduce by 5% each year the number of tardies and absentees obtained by students in transition which result from their living conditions.
