Mrs. Anne Williamson is a graduate of North Fulton High
School in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds
Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Alabama,
and elementary certification from Judson College. Her certifications include Business,
Management and Administration, Family and Consumer Science, English Language
Arts, Class A Secondary Education, and Elementary Education. She is also an Intel Master Teacher.
Mrs. Williamson has twenty-seven years of teaching experience in grades 5-12 in a wide variety of subject area including: Computer Technology, Science, Family and Consumer Science, History, Algebra, and Geometry. She is currently an Instructional Technology Specialist at R. B. Hudson Middle School where she teaches Computer Essentials, Introduction to Computer Programming, and Yearbook. She is also the Hudson Technology Coordinator and Future Business Leaders of America sponsor. Her honors include: “Teacher of the Month” and “Teacher of the Year, recipient of an International Paper grant to create an Outdoor Learning Center at Hudson, Vice President of the University of Alabama National Alumni Association, and she has been selected to present a computer programming workshop at the Alabama Education Technology Conference.
She and her family have enjoyed living in Selma
over thirty years. The Williamsons are all Alabama graduates and proud Crimson
Tide supporters! Mrs. Williamson loves
teaching students at Hudson looks forward to seeing her students fulfill their
dreams and become happy, successful adults.
