This form will help the district track and monitor most of the external funding that we receive throughout the district. Please complete the form each time that you or a staff/department member submits a grant or utilizes a funding tool such as GoFundMe, Donors Choose, or Teachers Pay Teachers to impact your school or department. The Grant Project Team has set a goal to acquire $1,000,000 in external funds for this school year!
